A little about me

I’ve been fat for most of my life. I was a chubby kid, I weighed in at about 285 my freshman year in high school and have peaked at up to 350 pounds. I’m tired of being fat.

During college I dropped down to 195 pounds, had a six pack, guns and all of the fun stuff that comes with it. Then I started into my desk job. I stopped going to the gym and ballooned back up to 320 pounds - ouch.

The website

I’m basically treating this website as my personal journal. Hopefully some folks will stumble upon it and we can build a little bit of a community - who knows. Worst case scenario, nobody finds it, I am able to keep myself honest by publishing the details of my journey publicly, and I get my six-pack back. It’s pretty much a win win!
