For the last two weeks I’ve been doing the Art of Strength Resolution workout, it is a rocking workout.
This week I’ve completed one of each of the three phases, and am having a blast. This is a killer workout, that is challenging both my strength and stamina. It isn’t as much of a cardio blast as Providence was, and Im sure it is nothing like Newport, but it is still a smoker.
I’m using Resolution to build up some additional solid muscle mass, while going longer on my runs to offset the cardio. So far I’m very happy with the results.
I’m down more than 60 pounds at this point, and I’m into a very solid rhythm with workouts six days a week, and more importantly a very healthy diet.
