Yikes! I fell off the wagon a bit with lots of company and a few trips! over the last two weeks I’ve hit about 1/2 of the worksouts… Not a very good showing at all.
Today I hopped back on and hit Chest Shoulders and Triceps hard. This was a killer workout after two weeks of slacking. It really is this week and one more for round one… I’m a bit dissapointed that I had two 1/2 weeks; however, I’m very pleased that I’m back to it and not letting anything stop me.
