Days Forty Eight and Nine – P90X

Kempo, Stretch AND Back and Biceps… I couldn’t stand to let a workout slip by so today I rocked out a double with Stretch and Back / Biceps.  Tomorrow is the recovery week, so I figured there was not a better time than now to bust out the double and make sure I hit it hard.

I’ve also been able to slip in a little golf now and again. It is pretty amazing to watch how P90X affects everything.  I haven’t hit a golf ball for years… I used to be a decent player, I think my handicap hit about 10.2 at the lowest… After a few trips to the driving range, I think I’ve added a few yards to just about every club in my bag.  My flexibility is better, and my strength is up.  The funny thing about that, I’m fatter now than I was then.

I’m really looking forward to continued weight loss and the benefits in all parts of my life with increased fitness!
