Days Forty Five, Six, Seven – P90X

Half way there!  I’m still feeling under the weather and didn’t get my Back and Biceps workout in this week.  My plan is to drop it in on Sunday as I took a “rest day” on Wednesday after killing myself in Plyo.

I’m recovering nicely from my illness and was actually able to get in a solid round of Yoga X yesterday followed by a round of golf, then a run in the evening!  I have some family in town so I didn’t have to go into the office and my father-in-law and I hit the links.  It was quite fun!

My run was as bit tough to push out, however once I got about 10 minutes into it, I think my body fell into a bit of a rhythm and it became quite a bit easier.  This mornings Legs and Back routine was solid, I felt pretty good and actually was able to push my pull-ups reps to the highest yet!

Next week is recovery, and I hoping to break 20 pounds lost by the 60th day mark!  So far, so good!  Keep pushing play, and bring it!
