I’m sick.
My family has had a nasty little bug and it finally worked its way up to me. I was pretty much laid out this weekend and didn’t get my Kempo-X in on Saturday. I did get a good walk in, but couldn’t even muster up a run.
As for Sunday, I took it as a full on rest day. I slept a lot on Sunday. A whole lot.
Monday, I pushed out Chest, Shoulders and Arms and this morning I did my best working through Plyo. The fact that I’m pushing through the workouts makes me happy, the fact that my workouts are lagging a bit, is what it is.
I’m hoping that I kick this stupid bug in another day or two and then it’ll be back to a full court press! I’m still losing weight, and I’m getting compliments from pople lately. That is a good thing. The results are starting to show, and I’m going to keep the press on.
