Day Thirty Two – P90X

Yoga, yoga, yoga. Last night was a little baby nightmare, so I tried to sleep in this morning.  As a result, I didn’t get my Yoga in this morning.  Not to worry, I planned that out.  Given that I don’t have school this week, I completed my Yoga this evening after putting our little guy down for the night.

This time I actually did the entire thing!  That is very, very hard.  The plough still gives me fits, but no worries.  I wasn’t able to get into a crane, but I got very, very close and held it for a second or two.  Typically I’m pressed for time (Yoga is 1 and 1/2 hours long) in the morning so I end up skipping a bit of the first part.  This evening I hammered it all out, and let me tell you – it is a great workout!

Anyhow, I’m looking forward to doing it again next week!

Diet was good today, I had eggs w/ ham for breakfast rather than my typical shake.  It was tasty, but I missed my banana and chocolate so I picked up 1/2 of it (the banana) on the way to work :)
