Back and Biceps today – rocking workout! Tony and the “kids” had the comedy hour going this morning. The jokes were not the best, but they kept things interesting for the first time through this monster of a workout.
I hammered out quite a few pull-ups and got slaughtered in my curls with my 35lbs weights. Curling 35 pounds is not a problem, but doing it about 50 times is brutal.
Anyhow, today I’m the lowest weight that I’ve been in quite some time! I promised stats after my pics and updates last night. I’ll get those posted soon – they are not in front of me right now!
Yesterday I added in a big egg/mushroom/onion/potato wrap after dinner and that seemed to quell my hunger. Heck, I even lost a bunch of weight overnight so I’m guessing that I needed some more calories. Today I added some potatoes to my lunch salad and quite a bit more almonds.
