The plan tonight was a nice hard run for at least 20 minutes in 90 second/2 minute intervals. Unfortunately my running parter had a rough go of it with the wind and humidity this evening. We did manage to get about 17 minutes of running in, however it was slow going and a pretty choppy run. After that, we broke it down and just did a long walk. We got about 2.5 miles down total, not too bad. The walk was longer (time wise) then the run was planned, however it turned out just fine.
The good news with the run/walk was that I got a nice relaxing few miles down. Much better than vegging out on the couch, and a good “recovery” after the run on Saturday. Hopefully the next run this week picks up again.
