Today’s Workout - 24kg

Warm-up: 20 Wall Squats, 20 Pumps, 20 Halos

Workout: 20 x 4 One Hand Swings - 1 min active rest between sets.  5 Push-ups

Notes: Solid workout.  The 24kg bell is a killer, but I think it is going to yield fantastic results.  I’ll need to take my time and build a foundation, but the results are sure to come quickly using this beast.
