Training Log - August 6 2008

Today’s Workout - 24kg

Workout: 6x 25 Rep Swings with a 2 min jog in between each set

Notes: Same as the last workout. This was a quick little knock out of 150 24kg swings. I’m working to just build up the basics again as I took so much time off.

I have absolutely no idea what I weigh right now; I know it is just too much. My wife and I haven’t found our scales yet, but I have my KETTLEBELL! Anyhow, another good workout. I’ll be hitting the swings again tomorrow or Friday.

Next week my plan is to push the volume up a bit and hit a larger number of swings. Hopefully I can find my AOS workbook and get on the scripted plan; if not, I’ll play it by ear.
