Training Log - June 14 2008

Today’s Workout - 24kg

Workout: 4x 3 Rung Ladders- Clean and Press & Maxercist Rows (24kg), 3x 10×10 Snatches approx 60 seconds rest between sets

Notes: Well, I didn’t get a workout in yesterday night after my travels.  I’m not horribly surprised; it was an intentional choice.  I noted the other day that my body had been revolting due to lack of sleep.  Well, waking up at effectively 10pm the day before and not really getting any sleep doesn’t bode well for a sleep deprived body!

As a result, I took it easy last night and slammed down the 24kg bell this afternoon.  I got a good nine hours of sleep and feel much better today.  I’ll be working hard to stay back on my eight hour minimum as I drop some weight this week with a nice solid workout schedule.  Anyhow, I’m glad to be home!
