Today’s Workout - 16kg

Warm-up: 20 Pumps, 20 Wall Squats

Workout: 3x - 10×10 One Legged Dead lifts, 20 F82H, 15 Crush Curls

Notes: Good workout this morning.  I’m nice and loose and ready to hit the plane for the trip back across the Atlantic.  This was a bit of a quick workout, but my goals are complete for the day.  Get in a nice kb set in the morning so that I can kick off a nice trip home.
