Training Log - June 11 2008

Today’s Workout - 16kg

Workout: 6×50 Swings.

Notes:  So basic, yet so brutal.  Just swing that kettlebell until you can’t swing it anymore.  This was a basic workout, tomorrow is back to ladders with the 16kg bell.  I’m working to get my endurance back up.  I also desperately need to get back into a regular sleep cycle.  After this trip, it’s home for a while and I can get back to loosing weight and getting strong.
