Today’s Workout - 24kg

Workout: 4x 3 Rung Ladders- Clean and Press & Maxercist Rows (24kg), 3x 10×10 Snatches

Notes: Last week was a travel filled week. I didn’t allow myself time to workout and I’m off to the races again this week. At least I was able to hit the bell today, then it’ll be Wednesday before I’ll have another chance to hit it. I’ll workout Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on the road.
