Training Log - May 28 2008

Today’s Workout - 24kg/16kg

Warm-up: 20 Wall Squats, 20 Pumps

Workout: 4x 3 Rung Ladders- Clean and Press & Maxercist Rows (24kg), 3x 50 Swings (16kg) with approx 1.5 minutes in between sets

Notes: These kettlebells are just nuts… I’m totally smoked swing a little itty bitty 16kg object.  I can curl this silly thing about 20 times on each arm without any issue, but it can still completely smoke me.  Ahhh!!

So far this has been a good week from an eating perspective.  Today has been a bunch of fruit and I’ll have a nice big salad, with some chicken and possibly some rice this evening.  I’m expecting to get a nice drop in weight this week and will be looking to drive home those losses into future weeks.
