Today’s Workout - 24kg

Warm-up: 20 Wall Squats

Workout: 4x 3 Rung Ladders- Clean and Press & Maxercist Rows, 3x 10×10 Snatches with one minute rest between sets

Notes: Finally! Back at home and working the 24kg bell again. This was another brutal workout. My eating over the past few weeks hasn’t been the best, so my weight loss has slowed down. I’ll be focusing in on proper eating this week while working the 24kg bell. Ideally, the combination of eating properly with great workouts this week will provide a nice jump start back towards 290.
