The joy of a workout

You know… it has been a long time since I have been able to honestly say that I really enjoy working out.  The great thing is that I can truly say that now.  I’m telling you, I LOVE KETTLEBELLS!  They are fantastic little things.  The amount of energy that you exert in a little bit of time with those beasts is amazing!

The workouts are a killer and the amount of time that I’m spending each week vs. the benefits that I’m receiving are flat out fantastic.

So, at the end of the day I really truly am excited about coming home to workout!  The most important part about have the joy of working out is that it’s not about goals, it’s about something that I truly enjoy and look forward to.  This is a life changing workout setup.  I’m getting what the “party” calls the what the heck effect on a daily basis.  I’m feeling more energetic and I’m loving it!

Anyhow, the true benefit this is the fact that I’m changing my life - not dieting or working out.  I’m driving down a new path and it is just a fantastic thing.
