Weekly Weigh in Feb 11 2008

I forgot to post this!  So here you go.  The weekly weigh in comes in at 307.4 for the Monday Feb 11.

Getting all the way down to 307.4 was actually a pretty good accomplishment.  I had a bit of a breakdown after the 4th and gained about 5 pounds.  I was able to slowly break those off and am now going solid.

With my eating plan, basically the warrior diet, I am doing great!  Each day I feel amazing. I’ve got tons of energy and excellent focus.  Then at night I eat until I’m satisfied.  I don’t really feel like I’m holding back or dieting.  It is just amazing.  So far everything is going well.
